Pre-Infusion

Activating pre-infusion is a breeze: just press and hold any button on the display for 2 seconds to enter pre-infusion mode when preparing your drink. To make a shot without pre-infusion, simply press and release any button. The portafilters of the La Cimbali Junior Casa are suitable for VST insert baskets of all sizes up to 20g, including. However, larger capacity VST insert baskets will only work with a bottomless portafilter.
