A multi-boiler espresso machine featuring a design inspired from the '50s, the Stella Epic machine guarantees exceptional brewing with its Thermalink Network® technology and its expert mode that gives full control of the settings and allows saving up to 5 recordable extraction profiles per group to enhance high-quality coffees extraction.
Automatic Dosing

Thermostability

PID Temperature Controller
The PID Controller employs an algorithm to regulate when and for how long the heating element is engaged in the brew boiler. The PID controller allows more efficient and stable regulation of energy. With this level of control, temperature variability is reduced dramatically, making for a more consistent brew temperature.
