The knockbox is where every shot ends, and this one is built to take the abuse without denting, rusting, or rattling apart. This closed-bottom knockbox from Barista Basics is heavy-duty stainless steel with a black finish, sized to sit on the counter next to your grinder and hold a full shift's worth of pucks in a contained chamber you empty on your own schedule.

Closed-Bottom Design

Unlike an open-bottom knockbox that passes grounds straight through to a bin under the counter, this closed-bottom version collects pucks in its own contained chamber. That makes it a true standalone piece — no cutout, no under-counter bin, no plumbing into anything else. Set it on any counter and it's ready to go, which makes it the simpler choice for a home setup, a cart, or a bar that doesn't have a sink cutout to build around.

Built to Last

The body is heavy-duty stainless steel with a welded metal bar for a sturdier knock than a bar that's just riveted or bolted on. A molded rubber edge gasket cuts down on the clang of a hard knock, and the rubber bar cover is replaceable on its own — when it eventually wears out from daily impacts, you're not replacing the whole box. A flat base keeps it planted on the counter instead of tipping or walking during a busy rush.

How does free shipping work?

Typical delivery within 3-6 Business days depending on size of order. Free shipping is available on orders of $249.00 or more to any address in the contiguous United States.

Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/military addresses or on any international orders. We will use the lowest cost means for free shipping. Free shipping delivery dates are best estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Orders placed with free shipping are generally processed between 24 - 48 hours after order placement.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to APO or PO boxes.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We have a 30 exchange/return policy, unless otherwise noted. Please email support@coffeeionado with your name, order #, and reason for exchange.

How does paid installation work?

We will pay the installation via rebate on commercial espresso machines. If the certified installer needed is over 2 hours away then we will pay for the installation call (and install up to the value suggested on page minus call fee). Travel will be paid by customer. Inquire if you have any questions about your location.

Do these products come with a warranty?

Every espresso machine and grinder is guaranteed new and comes with a minimum 1 year warranty on parts (see product page for details).

We back every commercial machine purchase with an industry leading 24 month warranty on parts.

Please note, warranty covers parts and unless otherwise noted will not include service calls or labor as industry norm.
