For deep cleaning or burr replacement, follow the manual's disassembly instructions. Always power off and unplug before servicing, and never soak the burrs in water.

Burr life depends on bean type, roast level, and volume, but typical commercial burr lifespans run from several hundred to over a thousand kilograms of coffee. If the certified installer needed is over 1.5 hours away then we will pay for the installation call (and install up to the value suggested on page minus call fee). Travel will be paid by customer. Inquire if you have any questions about your location.

Can I pick up the machine at your store?

We do not have a showroom or storefront for customer pickups, so orders cannot be picked up directly from us. That said, there is an exception for La Spaziale and La Pavoni products, you can contact us to arrange.
