The Sanremo AllGround is a compact premium grinder with 64 mm titanium-coated M340 flat burrs and dedicated espresso, moka, and filter modes. It provides two programmable timed espresso doses plus manual operation and is best suited to home, low-volume commercial, or secondary-bar use.

    Yes. The Sanremo All Ground is designed as a multi-purpose grinder and can be adjusted for espresso, moka pot, and various filter methods (like pour-over and drip). You can dial it fine enough for espresso and coarse enough for standard filter brews, though very coarse settings (like cold brew) may be more limited depending on your preference.

    Is the Sanremo All Ground a stepless grinder, and how precise is the grind adjustment?

    The All Ground uses a very fine, near-stepless style grind adjustment collar that allows for precise dialing in of espresso as well as incremental adjustments for filter coffee. It’s not limited to a small number of ‘clicks’ like some stepped grinders, which makes it easier to fine-tune shot times.

    How often do I need to replace the burrs, and how long do they typically last?

    Burr life depends heavily on usage, roast level, and cleaning. For typical home use (a few drinks per day), the burrs can often last several years before needing replacement. In a light commercial or high-use setting, you may expect to replace burrs roughly every 600–800 kg of coffee ground.     Can I pick up the machine at your store?

    We do not have a showroom or storefront for customer pickups, so orders cannot be picked up directly from us. That said, there is an exception for La Spaziale and La Pavoni products, you can contact us to arrange.
