How do I track my order?

How much is shipping? Is it free?

How Much Is Shipping? General shipping starts at $15.99. You can qualify for free shipping with any total order value over $249 and shipping to the contiguous USA. Taxes and discounts will be calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping Terms: Typical delivery within 3-6 Business days depending on size of order. Free shipping is available on orders of 199.00 or more to any address in the contiguous United States.

Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/military addresses or on any international orders. We will use the lowest cost means for free shipping. Free shipping delivery dates are best estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Orders placed with free shipping are generally processed between 24 - 48 hours after order placement.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. You can read more about our return policy here. Commercial equipment is generally final. Please check before purchasing.

Do you price match?

In the unlikely event that you find your item cheaper at another online store, just let us know and we'll beat the competitor's pricing. Conditions apply, please refer to our Price Match Page for more information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries in the Caribbean. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Warranty is limited to only parts, shipping not included.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We have a 30 exchange/return policy, unless otherwise noted. Please email support@coffeeionado with your name, order #, and reason for exchange. Commercial equipment is generally final. Please check before purchasing.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Where do I use my coupon code?

To redeem your discount, enter the coupon code at checkout after you've added items to your cart. You'll see a field labeled "Discount code" or "Coupon code" where you can paste your code before completing your purchase.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

No, we don't ship to PO boxes. Due to the size and weight of our equipment, we require delivery to a physical address where our carriers can safely drop off your order.

How does free installation work?

We want to make your purchase as smooth as possible and will pay the installation via rebate on commercial espresso machines. This includes commercial machines with more than 1 group head and 220V.

If the certified installer needed is over 1.5 hours away then we will pay for the installation call (and install up to the value suggested on page minus call fee). Travel will be paid by customer. Inquire if you have any questions about your location.

Can I pick up the machine at your store?

We do not have a showroom or storefront for customer pickups, so orders cannot be picked up directly from us. That said, there is an exception for La Spaziale and La Pavoni products, you can contact us to arrange.

However, if you'd prefer, we can arrange to have your machine shipped to a local freight terminal/location for pickup instead. Let us know your city/state (or ZIP code), and we’d be happy to check the nearest terminal options for you.
