Price Match Policy

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. We guarantee you will get the lowest price possible on all items valued at or above $199. Sometimes manufacturers change prices and if you find another online store that advertises a lower price than us within three months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. 

We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within three months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well. 

To request your partial refund or discount simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within three months from the date of your order and we will process accordingly.

Our Lowest Price Match Policy has a few limitations:

• The product must be priced at $199 or more.
• The product must have an identical SKU and cannot be a different model, configuration, or variant.
• The competitor’s item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
• The competitor must be a U.S.-based online retailer and an Authorized Retailer of the product.
• The competitor may not operate a physical retail location.
• Marketplace, auction, and discount websites—including eBay, Overstock, Amazon, and Walmart—are not eligible.
• Rebates, coupons, bundles, buy-one-get-one offers, and similar promotions are excluded.
• Pricing errors are not eligible for price matching.
• Price comparisons are based on the total delivered price, including shipping but excluding sales tax.
• The competing offer must include comparable terms, including warranty coverage, installation, shipping, and other included services.
• Magister and Iberital products are excluded from the Lowest Price Match Policy.
