Refund policy

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Terms of Sale, which set out the full process, eligibility requirements, and applicable fees for both standard and commercial purchases.

Please review our Terms of Sale before initiating a return. To begin the return process, contact our customer service team via our contact page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

All commercial sales are final. Returns on standard items must be initiated within 30 days of delivery receipt.
