Installation Policy

Our espresso machine installation policy is designed to make the process as seamless as possible for our customers. Once an order has been submitted and processed, we will also provide referrals for service technicians in your area to ensure that you have access to reliable support for maintenance and repairs.

Machines Covered

If the Paid Installation section is in the description of the item, then it is covered. Generally, this policy is for espresso machines of 2 groups or more; however, there are some exceptions. It is only valid for espresso machines and not other coffee equipment.

Espresso Machine Installation Includes

  • The policy covers travel and labor costs for installing the espresso machine within the designated territory (up to 2 hours).
  • It includes the setup, basic programming, and installation of the equipment during regular business hours from Monday to Friday.
  • All taxes and fees are to be covered,
  • and installation must be completed within 6 months of receiving the equipment.

What is Not Covered

The installation policy for espresso machines does not cover additional travel expenses. If your location is outside of the local technician's travel range, then we will only pay for the first 2 hours.

Also, water filtration systems and extra installation materials (such as plumbing fittings, tubing, plug, outlet, etc.) are not included in the policy.

Additionally, training on how to use the equipment is not part of the installation service.

It's also important to be prepared for the installation, as we do not cover false start fees associated with technicians arriving and customers not being ready.

How It Is Paid

Once the rebate form is filled out and submitted, our team will reimburse you for the install the machine in your location. A refund will be given to the card or bank account used to pay for the order.
