International Shipping and Orders
We’re pleased to offer international shipping for customers outside the United States. We are proud to serve the Caribbean and the Americas. If you're considering an order from abroad, here’s everything you need to know:
Shipping Terms
– Most orders are shipped FCA (Free Carrier) – Destination in the USA.
– This means we prepare the order for pickup at a U.S. location, and you or your freight partner coordinate shipping from there.
– We can help facilitate exports by working with your freight forwarder or shipping partner.
International Payments
– All international orders require prior authorization before processing.
– We accept bank wire transfers and cryptocurrency as payment methods for international shipments.
– Credit cards are not accepted for orders shipping outside the United States.
Duties, Taxes, and Fees
– All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
– You are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance, or brokerage fees upon arrival.
– These charges are not included in your order total and are not billed or collected by us.
International Warranty Support
– We provide a 1-year parts warranty for any manufacturer defects, valid worldwide.
– Labor and service are not included for international customers.
– Replacement parts will be shipped in accordance with our standard warranty policy.
