Shipping Policy

General Terms

We ship to all 50 United States and internationally. We are not able to ship items to APO/military addresses. Only shipments within the 48 contiguous United States qualify for paid shipping. Orders placed with free shipping are generally processed within 24 hours after order placement..

Fast shipping refers to quick turnaround for processing and shipping your order. All espresso machines and grinders are bench tested and this may occur right before shipping. This is to ensure all products are functioning properly once received from the factory overseas.

Paid Shipping

Coverage for paid shipping is as stated: Shipping paid for by Coffeeionado is valid for only paid shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. If you need expedited shipping or are located outside the coverage area, please contact us to make arrangements as a surcharge will apply.

Shipping Method

Orders will be shipped using our preferred provider and we are unable to accommodate shipping orders on a customer's personal shipping account.

Free/Included Items

Free or bonus items included with purchase may be substituted with other items of similar value as necessary and will be shipped using the lowest cost means available. Discounts applied to purchases will nullify the free or included items.

Tracking Information

We will post tracking numbers to your order at the time of shipment or as soon as they are available.

Address Changes

If your order is processing and you need to change the shipment address, a reroute fee of $50.00 may apply.

Refused Delivery

If you elect to refuse the delivery of the items you ordered from Coffeeionado or return items without requesting a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, then a 20% restocking fee plus original shipping charges will be deducted from your return credit or billed to you.
