and hundreds of cafés, restaurants and offices.

The Victoria PID is the more straightforward side of Bezzera’s flagship commercial platform: independent 1-liter brew boilers for each group, a dedicated 8-liter service boiler, PID temperature control, volumetric dosing, and TFT programming. It keeps the thermal stability and per-group control that make the Victoria compelling while leaving out the Brewing Profile model’s programmable pressure curves — a better fit for operators who want precision without adding another extraction variable to the bar.

Product Features

8L Service Boiler

A dedicated 8-liter service boiler handles steam and hot water separately from the brew boilers, preserving extraction stability while giving a busy bar the steam capacity it needs for milk service.

Independent Brew Boilers

Each group has its own dedicated 1-liter coffee boiler, giving baristas stable, independent brew temperatures and allowing two coffees to run at different temperature targets without one group pulling heat away from the other.

PID Temperature Control

PID regulation maintains accurate extraction temperatures across the independent brew boilers, helping the machine hold programmed settings consistently through sustained service.

TFT Touchscreen Interface

The TFT interface gives baristas quick access to operating settings including temperature, doses, and extraction times, keeping routine programming clear and accessible at the machine.

Volumetric Dosing

Programmable volumetric doses automate shot stopping for a more repeatable workflow during busy service, helping multiple baristas maintain consistent output.

Refined Victoria Design

The current Victoria platform pairs its commercial stainless-steel construction with mix-and-match mesh, leather, and wood inserts for a more design-forward presence on the café counter.

Our honest read

The Coffeeionado Take

Straight answers, before you buy.

Who's It For

  • Busy cafés and restaurants — Independent brew boilers help maintain temperature stability across both groups while a dedicated 8-liter service boiler supports steam and hot-water demand.
  • Teams that value repeatability — PID temperature control, volumetric dosing, and TFT programming keep the daily workflow consistent without requiring pressure-profile recipe development.
  • Operators comparing Victoria versions — Choose the PID when you want the Victoria’s thermal architecture and controls but do not need the Brewing Profile model’s programmable 3–11 bar pressure curves.

It's Right For You If

  • You want independent brew boilers and precise PID temperature control for a two-group commercial bar.
  • You prefer a straightforward volumetric workflow over programmable pressure profiling.
  • Your operation needs a direct-plumbed machine with a dedicated service boiler for steam and hot water.

Things to Consider

  • The PID version does not include Bezzera’s programmable 3–11 bar pressure profiling or low-pressure drip/infusion programs; those belong to the Victoria Brewing Profile.
  • Electrical configuration can vary by market, so confirm voltage, phase, breaker, and hardwire requirements with Coffeeionado and a licensed electrician before installation.
  • The PID uses one 8-liter service boiler rather than the Brewing Profile model’s two 6-liter service boilers, so the Brewing Profile remains the stronger choice for operators specifically prioritizing maximum steam architecture and pressure-profile control.

Our Take

The Victoria PID is the version we’d point to when you want Bezzera’s flagship multi-boiler stability without paying for workflow complexity you may never use. You still get a dedicated brew boiler for each group, PID control, volumetric dosing, and a TFT interface, but the machine stays focused on repeatable café service instead of pressure-profile experimentation. If your bar is built around consistency first, this is the cleaner Victoria choice.

Full Product Description

The Bezzera Victoria PID takes the flagship Victoria platform and focuses it on repeatable temperature control, strong steam performance, and a simpler high-volume workflow. Each brew group has its own dedicated 1-liter coffee boiler, while a separate 8-liter service boiler handles steam and hot water. That separation keeps extraction temperatures stable even when the bar is moving quickly.

Unlike the Victoria Brewing Profile, the PID version does not add programmable pressure profiling. Instead, it centers the machine around independent brew boilers, PID temperature control, volumetric dosing, and an intuitive TFT interface — a strong fit for cafés that want Victoria-level thermal stability without adding pressure-profile programming to the barista workflow.

Free Professional Installation

Commercial espresso machines at this level require proper plumbing, electrical preparation, and setup before the first service. Order the Bezzera Victoria PID through Coffeeionado and we’ll connect you with a qualified installer in your area and cover eligible installation so your machine is set up correctly from day one.

2 Year Warranty

Every Bezzera Victoria PID sold through Coffeeionado includes a 2-year parts warranty covering manufacturer defects from the date of purchase.

Free Shipping

The Bezzera Victoria PID ships free to the continental USA. At approximately 220.5 lb (100 kg), it moves by commercial freight, and we coordinate delivery so the machine arrives safely. For Caribbean and international orders, contact us for a custom quote.

Independent Multi-Boiler System

The Victoria PID uses a true multi-boiler architecture: two independent 1-liter coffee boilers — one for each group — plus a dedicated 8-liter service boiler for steam and hot water. Because each group has its own brew boiler, baristas can maintain stable extraction temperatures without one busy group pulling heat away from the other.

Independent Temperature Control Per Group

Each coffee group is independently temperature controlled, making it possible to run different coffees at different brew temperatures on the same machine. For cafés rotating coffees or balancing a house blend with a single-origin offering, that flexibility can be more useful day to day than a shared-boiler design.

TFT Touchscreen Interface

The Victoria PID uses a modern TFT interface for quick access to operating settings including temperature, doses, and extraction times. The interface is designed to keep routine programming accessible at the bar rather than buried behind service-level controls.

PID Temperature Control

PID regulation gives the Victoria precise control over extraction temperature. Combined with the thermal stability of the independent brew boilers, the machine is designed to hold programmed temperatures consistently through sustained service.

Volumetric Dosing

Programmable volumetric dosing lets baristas save repeatable shot volumes so the machine stops the extraction automatically. That reduces one variable during peak periods and helps teams maintain consistent workflow across multiple operators.

Who Is It For?

The Bezzera Victoria PID is a strong fit for medium- to higher-volume cafés, restaurants, and specialty programs that want independent brew boilers and precise temperature control but do not need the Brewing Profile model’s programmable 3–11 bar pressure curves. It gives operators the core thermal architecture of the Victoria platform with a more straightforward extraction workflow.

AISI 304 Stainless Steel Construction

The Victoria is built around durable commercial materials and Bezzera’s Italian manufacturing platform, with a stainless steel body designed for daily professional use. The current Victoria design can also be configured with refined mesh, leather, or wood inserts paired with select body colors.

Water Quality & Machine Protection

Proper water quality is essential for optimal espresso extraction and long-term machine health. Use the guidelines below to ensure your machine performs at its best.

Parameter Ideal Range Why It Matters
Total Hardness 50-170 ppm Prevents scale buildup while maintaining flavor
pH Level 6.5-7.5 Ensures balanced extraction and protects internal components
Chlorine 0 ppm Eliminates off-flavors and prevents corrosion
TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) 70-150 ppm Optimal mineral content for extraction and taste
Total Alkalinity ~7.0 Stabilizes acidity and extraction
Chloride 0-28 ppm Prevents corrosion (especially in steel boilers)

Important Note

Always refer to your machine's manual for specific water quality recommendations and maintenance schedules.

Advisory

Install a water filtration system to maintain consistent water quality and extend the life of your espresso machine.

What This Means

  • Water that’s too hard → scale buildup, reduced performance
  • Water that’s too soft → flat, dull espresso
  • Improper water can damage internal components over time

Machine-Specific Considerations

  • Some machines (especially with stainless steel boilers) require stricter limits on chlorides

Product FAQ

What footprint and counter space does the Bezzera Victoria 2 Group PID need?

The Bezzera Victoria 2 Group PID measures 32.3 in W x 26.8 in D x 22 in H (820 x 680 x 560 mm). Plan additional room for portafilter handling, plumbing, drainage, and service access before delivery.

What kind of electrical setup does it need?

The PID model is rated at 5,000W. Bezzera lists a 220–415V / 50–60Hz supply depending on configuration; at 220V single-phase the nominal load is about 23A. Confirm the supplied configuration and dedicated circuit with a licensed electrician before installation.

How long does it take to heat up?

Expect about 20–25 minutes from a cold start. For a multi-boiler commercial machine, that's pretty standard.

Does it have volumetric dosing?

Yes — the Victoria is a fully automatic machine with programmable volumetric dosing. Baristas can set shot volumes for consistent results without manually stopping each pull.

What temperature control does it use?

It's PID-controlled across the boilers for precise, stable temperatures — important for consistency in a high-volume environment.

What's the warranty?

It comes with a 2-year parts-only warranty. Labor isn't included, but parts coverage gives you peace of mind on the big-ticket components.

Does the Victoria PID have pressure profiling?

No. The PID version is the non-profiling Victoria. If you want Bezzera’s programmable 3–11 bar pressure curves and low-pressure brewing programs, choose the Victoria Brewing Profile instead.

Please note, any discounts subject to void the paid installation offer.

At Coffeeionado, professional installation is included with qualifying espresso machine purchases. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible — from coordinating the technician to getting your machine up and running on day one.

Which Machines Qualify

Free professional installation is included with all espresso machines of 2 groups or more where indicated on the product listing. This policy applies to espresso machines only and does not cover other coffee equipment such as grinders, brewers, or accessories.

If you are unsure whether your machine qualifies, contact us before purchasing and we'll confirm.

What's Included

  • Travel and labor costs for installation within the technician's service area (up to 2 hours of travel)
  • Setup, basic programming, and commissioning of the equipment
  • Scheduling during regular business hours, Monday through Friday
  • Associated taxes and fees related to the installation itself

Installation must be completed within 90 days of delivery of the equipment. The installation benefit lapses after this window and cannot be reinstated.

How Installation Is Arranged

Depending on your purchase, installation is handled one of two ways:

Arranged directly — In many cases, Coffeeionado or the manufacturer will coordinate and pay the technician on your behalf. We will contact you after your order is processed to schedule the visit.

Reimbursement — In some cases, you may be asked to arrange the installation locally using an authorized technician and submit a rebate form for reimbursement. Once approved, the covered amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for your order.

We will confirm which arrangement applies to your purchase at the time of order confirmation. If you have questions before purchasing, contact us and we'll walk you through it.

What's Not Included

The following are outside the scope of the installation policy and remain the customer's responsibility:

  • Travel or callout costs beyond the first 2 hours of the technician's travel time — if your location falls outside the local service area, the overage is the customer's responsibility
  • Water filtration systems and installation materials — including plumbing fittings, tubing, plugs, outlets, and any other ancillary components required to prepare the site
  • Electrical or plumbing work — site preparation must be completed before the technician arrives
  • Training on equipment operation — installation covers commissioning only, not barista or operational training
  • False start or callout fees if the technician arrives and the site is not ready for installation

Important: If a technician arrives and cannot complete the installation because the site is unprepared, you will be responsible for any callout or false start fee charged by the technician. However, your installation benefit remains intact — the visit will be rescheduled at no additional cost to your policy.

Water Filtration Requirement

Water filtration must be installed and operational before or at the time of installation. This is not optional — operating a commercial espresso machine without proper filtration will void the manufacturer's warranty. If filtration is not in place at the time of the technician's visit, installation may need to be rescheduled and the callout fee will be the customer's responsibility.

If you need guidance on water filtration requirements for your machine, contact us before scheduling your installation.

Service Area

Installation coverage is tied to the manufacturer's authorized technician service area, generally within a 1.5-hour radius of the nearest certified technician. If the customer's location falls outside this area, Coffeeionado will make reasonable efforts to arrange a local authorized technician, but travel costs beyond the 2-hour coverage limit remain the customer's responsibility.

Not sure if you're in a service area? Contact us before purchasing and we'll check your location.

What to Expect on Install Day

Getting a commercial espresso machine delivered is one thing. Getting it actually running — plumbed, programmed, and pulling properly — is another. Here's what happens when the technician comes out.

Before the appointment: Site preparation will be confirmed before technicians make it out. Once your machine ships, we'll coordinate scheduling with you and assign a local certified technician. Before they arrive, make sure your space is ready: the machine's permanent location should be determined, your water line and drain access should be in place, and your electrical supply should match the machine's requirements.

On the day The technician will handle the physical installation of the machine — positioning, water line connection, and drain setup. Once it's plumbed and powered, they'll run through the setup and basic programming: boiler pressure, shot parameters, and confirming that water flows correctly through the group heads and steam wands. Some basic training will be provided, they'll pull test shots to verify the machine is operating within spec.

After Installation

Once your machine is installed, we'll provide referrals for authorized service technicians in your area for ongoing maintenance and repairs. Coffeeionado offers lifetime support on all equipment we sell — we're here long after the install is done.

Governing Terms

This installation policy forms part of your agreement with Coffeeionado and is subject to our Terms of Sale and Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service governs.

Can I pick up the machine at your store?

We do not have a showroom or storefront for customer pickups, so orders cannot be picked up directly from us. That said, there is an exception for La Spaziale and La Pavoni products, you can contact us to arrange.

However, if you'd prefer, we can arrange to have your machine shipped to a local freight terminal/location for pickup instead. Let us know your city/state (or ZIP code), and we’d be happy to check the nearest terminal options for you.
