Ruby Pro 1 by Gaggia is the best ally for coffee enthusiasts with limited space available but who do not want to compromise on the taste of what’s in their cup. The Ruby has been specially designed for Office Coffee Service (OCS) environments and smaller food service locations with relatively low coffee consumption.
This versatile ultra-compact workhorse bearing durability and powerfulness of high-quality materials will deliver a traditional espresso in the pure Italian way.
Comfort and Convenience
Many espresso machines are sometimes designed with non-user friendly controls thus making it difficult for no-experience users to use them. Gaggia's Ruby is designed ergonomically with non-slippery knobs and a double-outlet filter holder for better ease of usage and which could produce one or two cups at a time.
It has two programmable dose selections and a continuous button. Equipped with an espresso priority system, the machine allows for the complete preparation of a coffee despite the water tank being at the minimum level or the boiler needing refilling.
Capsule-Ready
The Ruby Espresso Machine is designed with filter holders' compatibility in mind, such as the Nespresso®, Lavazza Blue®, Espresso Point® and Caffitaly® capsules*, as well as ESE pods.
Stainless Steel Wands
The Ruby Pro 1 espresso machine has dual steel wands. A fully adjustable steam wand and rotative hot water wand.
Controlled Precision
Installed with a high-precision pressure gauge and electronic control for the boiler water level.
