    This Italian gelato machine is equipped with sophisticated software that manages its functions. In addition to the manual function, the operator has at his disposal:
    Specific production programs (Gelato Classico,-Semi-Soft Ice Cream - Granita – Shock freezing).

    Automatic Functions

    Specific storage temperature programs selectable depending on the different types of product preparation. These automatic programs, not only ensure the best results but make the machine completely autonomous, leaving the operator free to focus on other tasks.

    The Controls You Need for Production

    An electronic inverter system for the control and regulation of the motor enables to vary the number of rpm of the blade (from 60 to 130 rpm) to achieve the desired results. The blade is stainless steel AISI 304 with adjustable scrapers.


    The 10K Crea features air cooling and is equipped with wheels and brakes and is easily moved as needed. The drain valve makes cleaning easy.

    How does free shipping work?

    Typical delivery within 3-6 Business days depending on size of order. Free shipping is available on orders of $249.00 or more to any address in the contiguous United States.

    Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/military addresses or on any international orders. We will use the lowest cost means for free shipping. Free shipping delivery dates are best estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Orders placed with free shipping are generally processed between 24 - 48 hours after order placement.

    Do you offer expedited shipping?

    Do you ship to PO boxes?

    Unfortunately we cannot deliver to APO or PO boxes.

    Can I return or exchange an item?

    We have a 30 exchange/return policy, unless otherwise noted. Please email support@coffeeionado with your name, order #, and reason for exchange.

    How does paid installation work?

    We will pay the installation via rebate on commercial espresso machines. If the certified installer needed is over 2 hours away then we will pay for the installation call (and install up to the value suggested on page minus call fee). Travel will be paid by customer. Inquire if you have any questions about your location.

    Do these products come with a warranty?

    Every espresso machine and grinder is guaranteed new and comes with a minimum 1 year warranty on parts (see product page for details).

    We back every commercial machine purchase with an industry leading 24 month warranty on parts.

    Please note, warranty covers parts and unless otherwise noted will not include service calls or labor as industry norm.
