Powering Hundreds of Businesses Including:

You’ve reached the stage where you value a machine that stays out of its own way so you can focus on the coffee. This is a deliberate investment in a setup that treats espresso as a discipline rather than a hobby, prioritizing the kind of build quality that survives years of daily use. The heat exchanger workflow eliminates the constant back-and-forth of single-boiler systems, letting you manage back-to-back drinks with professional pacing. It provides the mechanical stability necessary to stop worrying about the equipment and start mastering the extraction.

Product Features

E61 Group With Preinfusion

The iconic commercial E61 group comes with automatic preinfusion to help you dial in more consistent extractions and even crema across shots. That built-in preinfusion gives home baristas more control over bloom and flow without extra fiddling.

Compact Countertop Fit

Sized for tight kitchens and morning rituals, the Andreja Premium Evo stands just 16 in. tall and 11.5 in. wide while weighing only 46 lbs, so it slides under cabinets and moves easily when you need to rearrange. Despite the small footprint it still offers about a five-inch cup clearance under the E61 group for everyday cups.

Heat Exchanger Workflow

The machine's heat exchanger design lets you brew and steam milk simultaneously, speeding drink prep and smoothing the workflow for milk-forward drinks. For home latte lovers this means less wait between pulling a shot and finishing the milk.

Fast-Recovery Boiler

A nearly 1.8 L T.E.A. coated boiler paired with a 1400 watt heating element delivers quick temperature recovery even after multiple consecutive drinks. Faster recovery helps keep your shots consistent during a busy morning or a back-to-back round of lattes.

Brass-Ended Ulka Pump

Equipped with a brass ended 52-watt ulka pump (with pulsar installed), the Andreja runs quieter and with fewer pressure fluctuations than units that use plastic-ended pumps. The brass end and Klixon thermal fuse protection also improve durability for long-term home use.

Bottom-Fed BPA Reservoir

The 3 liter BPA free reservoir is bottom-fed and built without silicone tubes, which reduces cavitation and makes refilling and maintenance easier. A refill water alarm warns when the tank runs dry so you don’t get interrupted shots.

The Coffeeionado Take

Who's It For:

  • Home baristas who value build quality and mechanical simplicity — The E61 group and heavy-duty construction deliver years of daily use without the complexity of digital controls
  • Enthusiasts upgrading from entry-level machines — The HX boiler provides simultaneous brew and steam, eliminating the single-boiler wait
  • Daily home users pulling 2–6 drinks — The 1.8L boiler handles morning lattes and afternoon cappuccinos with consistent thermal stability

It's Right For You If:

  • You value build quality and mechanical simplicity over digital features and programmable dosing.
  • Your daily drink count is 2–6 and you want simultaneous brew and steam on a standard 110-120V circuit.
  • You are pairing this with a quality grinder and want a machine that will last years of daily use.

Things to Consider:

  • The 30–45 minute warm-up is on the longer side — a smart plug timer is practically required.
  • Limited by heat exchanger recovery and vibratory pump duty cycle; back-to-back milk drinks will require brief pauses.
  • No shot timer or programmable features — extraction timing is managed entirely by you.

Our Take:

The Quick Mill Andreja Premium Evo is the E61 HX for baristas who want a machine that is built like a tank and stays out of their way — heavy-duty construction, a manual lever workflow, and the kind of thermal stability that lasts years. If you value durability and simplicity over digital features, this is the machine that will still be pulling shots when everything else has been replaced.

Andreja Premium Evo by Quick Mill

The Quick Mill Andreja Premium is a semi-automatic, heat exchanger espresso machine designed for home baristas seeking commercial-grade performance. Its polished #304 stainless steel body houses a 1.6-liter insulated copper boiler, allowing for simultaneous brewing and steaming. The machine features the renowned E61 group head with automatic pre-infusion, ensuring consistent espresso extraction.

Additional highlights include a 52-watt Ulka vibratory pump with brass ends for durability, a magnetic sensor for low water level detection, and a "no burn" steam wand for safe milk frothing. With its compact design and robust features, the Andreja Premium Evo offers a reliable and efficient espresso experience at home.

When investing in coffee equipment, peace of mind is worth its weight in gold. That's why we proudly offer a 2-year warranty with every Andreja Premium machine purchase, a value of over $299. This warranty is your guarantee against manufacturer's defects and ensures that all parts are covered from the date of purchase. We understand that our customers deserve the very best.

Paid Shipping ($89+ Value)

At Coffeeionado, we understand the frustration of hidden costs when making online purchases. This is why we're thrilled to announce that we now cover all shipping, freight, and handling charges for our premium coffee equipment within the continental USA. Gone are the days of considering additional fees as you add items to your cart.

Stainless Steel Construction

This home espresso machine is crafted from stainless steel, polished AISI 304, which is renowned for its impressive durability and resistance to rust, wear, and staining. This exceptional material is renowned for its outstanding durability and remarkable resistance to corrosion, wear, and stains, making it the perfect addition to any home. With its impressive strength and longevity, you can trust that this espresso machine is built to handle the rigors of daily use without compromising performance.

E61 Group Head

The E61 group head is renowned for its exceptional temperature stability, and this is further enhanced by the 9 pounds of quality brass used in its construction. This substantial amount of brass ensures that heat is evenly distributed throughout the group head, resulting in precise and consistent brewing temperatures.

E61 espresso machines are loved by those who value craftsmanship, control, and the rich tradition of Italian-style espresso.

Heat Exchange Espresso Machine

A heat exchange espresso machine is designed to provide a consistent and efficient brewing experience. By utilizing a heat exchange system, the machine is able to simultaneously heat water for brewing and produce steam for frothing milk. This ensures that the temperature of the water remains stable throughout the brewing process, resulting in a flavorful and well-extracted shot of espresso.

The heat exchange system also allows for quick and continuous steaming, making it ideal for busy coffee shops or home baristas looking to create lattes and cappuccinos with ease.

Dual Manometers

You'll find dual manometers on espresso machines for monitoring brew and steam pressure. The brew pressure gauge checks the resistance from the coffee grounds in the filter basket when the pump is running to ensure optimal extraction. Meanwhile, the steam pressure gauge on heat exchange or dual boiler machines shows the boiler's steam pressure for safety, usually rated at 2.0 bar for structural integrity.

1.6L Copper Boiler

Copper boilers in espresso machines offer exceptional heat conductivity, ensuring rapid heating and faster recovery times for a quicker startup. Maintaining optimal brewing temperatures is essential for consistently good espresso, and copper's ability to uphold steady temperatures contributes to a consistent brew quality. Additionally, copper's natural antimicrobial properties make it a hygienic choice for espresso machines by inhibiting the growth of bacteria and other microorganisms.

TEA Insulated Boiler

The TEA coating means less heat escapes the boiler and increases thermostability. Speaking of thermostability, the thermo-siphon circulation keeps a constant brew temperature between the boiler and grouphead.

Perfect for Espresso Aficionados

This home espresso machine also features a large 3 liter reservoir (but you can plumb-in too), an option of joystick controllers for the steam and hot water functions, a commercial grade E61 grouphead, a gear-driven pump along with a speed controllable motor, and both 15 and 20 amp modes to allow simultaneous boiler heating. Yes, it's fancy.

Prosumer Market Machine

This Italian espresso machine will produce great espresso for years to come and includes a powerful 52 watt Ukla vibratory pump (with added Pulsar which makes it 25% more quieter). Quick Mill also included thermal overload protection for the pump. We like that the machine features a 3 liter reservoir with a large 1.6 liter boiler, which gives you plenty of espresso making capabilities. Quick Mill strategically placed T.E.A. coating around the boiler to prevent metals from leaching and keeps the internal electrical components cooler by minimizing their exposure to excessive heat.

Water Quality & Machine Protection

Proper water quality is essential for optimal espresso extraction and long-term machine health. Use the guidelines below to ensure your machine performs at its best.

Parameter Ideal Range Why It Matters
Total Hardness 50-170 ppm Prevents scale buildup while maintaining flavor
pH Level 6.5-7.5 Ensures balanced extraction and protects internal components
Chlorine 0 ppm Eliminates off-flavors and prevents corrosion
TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) 70-150 ppm Optimal mineral content for extraction and taste
Total Alkalinity ~7.0 Stabilizes acidity and extraction
Chloride 0-28 ppm Prevents corrosion (especially in steel boilers)

Important Note

Always refer to your machine's manual for specific water quality recommendations and maintenance schedules.

Advisory

Install a water filtration system to maintain consistent water quality and extend the life of your espresso machine.

What This Means

  • Water that’s too hard → scale buildup, reduced performance
  • Water that’s too soft → flat, dull espresso
  • Improper water can damage internal components over time

Machine-Specific Considerations

  • These guidelines are safe for most home espresso machines
  • Some machines (especially with stainless steel boilers) require stricter limits on chlorides

Product FAQ

Does the Quick Mill Andreja Premium Evo have a rotary pump or a vibratory pump?

The Quick Mill Andreja Premium Evo uses a vibratory pump, not a rotary pump. It is designed for use with its internal water reservoir and is not intended as a direct‑plumb rotary pump machine.

Can the Quick Mill Andreja Premium Evo be direct plumbed to a water line, or is it tank‑only?

The Andreja Premium Evo is a tank‑only espresso machine and does not support direct plumbing to a water line. It uses a removable internal water reservoir that must be manually filled.

Does the Andreja Premium Evo offer pre‑infusion, and is it adjustable?

Yes. The Andreja Premium Evo provides a form of mechanical pre‑infusion inherent to its E61 group head design. This pre‑infusion is not user‑programmable via a menu, but it delivers a short, gentle saturation of the coffee puck at the start of extraction.

Is the steam wand on the Andreja Premium Evo cool‑touch (no‑burn)?

The machine includes an articulated no‑burn (cool‑touch) steam wand. The wand is designed to stay relatively cool to the touch and minimize milk buildup, though the metal tip will still get hot during use.

Does the Quick Mill Andreja Premium Evo have a PID temperature controller?

The Andreja Premium Evo uses a pressurestat to regulate boiler pressure rather than a front‑panel PID controller. Temperature is managed through the heat‑exchanger design and boiler pressure, which many users fine‑tune via flush routines instead of digital PID adjustments.

What type and size of boiler does the Andreja Premium Evo use, and is it a dual‑boiler machine?

The Andreja Premium Evo is a heat‑exchanger machine with a single copper boiler (approximately 1.6–1.8 liters, depending on production run). It is not a dual‑boiler machine; the single boiler supports simultaneous brewing and steaming via the heat‑exchanger system.

How long does the Quick Mill Andreja Premium Evo take to heat up and be ready to pull shots?

The boiler reaches operating pressure in roughly 15–20 minutes, but for full temperature stability of the E61 group head and internal components, most users allow about 25–30 minutes of warm‑up time before pulling espresso shots.

What kind of power does the Andreja Premium Evo require, and can it run on a standard US outlet?

The Andreja Premium Evo is designed for standard US household power. It runs on 110–120 V, 60 Hz, drawing around 15 amps, and can be plugged into a standard grounded 15‑amp kitchen outlet (no special wiring required).

How does free installation work?

We want to make your purchase as smooth as possible and will pay the installation via rebate on commercial espresso machines. This includes commercial machines with more than 1 group head and 220V.

Please note, any discounts subject to void the paid installation offer.

At Coffeeionado, professional installation is included with qualifying espresso machine purchases. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible — from coordinating the technician to getting your machine up and running on day one.

Which Machines Qualify

Free professional installation is included with all espresso machines of 2 groups or more where indicated on the product listing. This policy applies to espresso machines only and does not cover other coffee equipment such as grinders, brewers, or accessories.

If you are unsure whether your machine qualifies, contact us before purchasing and we'll confirm.

What's Included

  • Travel and labor costs for installation within the technician's service area (up to 2 hours of travel)
  • Setup, basic programming, and commissioning of the equipment
  • Scheduling during regular business hours, Monday through Friday
  • Associated taxes and fees related to the installation itself

Installation must be completed within 30 days of delivery of the equipment. The installation benefit lapses after this window and cannot be reinstated.

How Installation Is Arranged

Depending on your purchase, installation is handled one of two ways:

Arranged directly — In many cases, Coffeeionado or the manufacturer will coordinate and pay the technician on your behalf. We will contact you after your order is processed to schedule the visit.

Reimbursement — In some cases, you may be asked to arrange the installation locally using an authorized technician and submit a rebate form for reimbursement. Once approved, the covered amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for your order.

We will confirm which arrangement applies to your purchase at the time of order confirmation. If you have questions before purchasing, contact us and we'll walk you through it.

What's Not Included

The following are outside the scope of the installation policy and remain the customer's responsibility:

  • Travel or callout costs beyond the first 2 hours of the technician's travel time — if your location falls outside the local service area, the overage is your responsibility
  • Water filtration systems and installation materials — including plumbing fittings, tubing, plugs, outlets, and any other ancillary components required to prepare the site
  • Electrical or plumbing work — site preparation must be completed before the technician arrives
  • Training on equipment operation — installation covers commissioning only, not barista or operational training
  • False start or callout fees if the technician arrives and the site is not ready for installation

Important: If a technician arrives and cannot complete the installation because the site is unprepared, you will be responsible for any callout or false start fee charged by the technician. However, your installation benefit remains intact — the visit will be rescheduled at no additional cost to your policy.

Water Filtration Requirement

Water filtration must be installed and operational before or at the time of installation. This is not optional — operating a commercial espresso machine without proper filtration will void the manufacturer's warranty. If filtration is not in place at the time of the technician's visit, installation may need to be rescheduled and the callout fee will be your responsibility.

If you need guidance on water filtration requirements for your machine, contact us before scheduling your installation.

Service Area

Installation coverage is tied to the manufacturer's authorized technician service area, generally within a 1.5-hour radius of the nearest certified technician. If your location falls outside this area, Coffeeionado will make reasonable efforts to arrange a local authorized technician, but travel costs beyond the 2-hour coverage limit remain your responsibility.

Not sure if you're in a service area? Contact us before purchasing and we'll check your location.

After Installation

Once your machine is installed, we'll provide referrals for authorized service technicians in your area for ongoing maintenance and repairs. Coffeeionado offers lifetime support on all equipment we sell — we're here long after the install is done.

Governing Terms

This installation policy forms part of your agreement with Coffeeionado and is subject to our Terms of Sale and Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service governs.

Can I pick up the machine at your store?

We do not have a showroom or storefront for customer pickups, so orders cannot be picked up directly from us. That said, there is an exception for La Spaziale and La Pavoni products, you can contact us to arrange.

However, if you'd prefer, we can arrange to have your machine shipped to a local freight terminal/location for pickup instead. Let us know your city/state (or ZIP code), and we’d be happy to check the nearest terminal options for you.
