Powering Hundreds of Businesses Including:

You have reached the point where temperature surfing and cooling flushes feel less like a ritual and more like a distraction from the coffee itself. Moving to the QM67 Evo is the quiet admission that you’re ready for a dedicated brew boiler that doesn't care how much steam you're using for a latte. It replaces the guesswork of a heat exchanger with the stability of two independent systems, allowing you to focus on the grind rather than the recovery time. This is the machine for the kitchen counter where the pursuit of a repeatable shot has finally outgrown entry-level hardware.

Product Features

PID Temperature Control

A brushed-stainless PID with an ice blue LED display and shot timer gives precise temperature control and clear feedback (display located bottom right by the cam/brew lever). The PID maintains temperature with short pulses rather than simple on/off cycling, reducing overshoot and stabilizing extraction.

Dual Insulated Boilers

Two fully insulated stainless steel boilers (1 / 0.75 L) provide independent brew and service control so you can pull shots and steam milk simultaneously. The insulation yields a fast rebound for back-to-back drinks, making sustained service smoother in a high-use home or small café setting.

3 L Top Reservoir

The large 3 L BPA-free reservoir sits beneath a hinged cup-warming tray for easy refills without removing cups or the tray. A low-water sensor provides an audible alert so you don’t lose service mid-shift.

Dual Manometer & Pump Tuning

A dual manometer (midnight blue) beside the E61 group shows pump pressure (lower) and service boiler pressure (upper) for instant system feedback. The pump expansion valve is accessible under the cup warmer (adjustable with a flathead or coin), and the included backflush disk lets you read brew pressure accurately while tuning.

E61 Group Head

The 8 lb chrome-plated brass E61 group head provides substantial thermal mass to preserve water temperature between boiler and cup. That thermal stability helps deliver consistent shots with reduced heat loss during extraction.

Eco Modes & Independent Shutdown

Quick Mill built energy-saving options into the PID and mechanical controls so each boiler can be operated independently to save energy when idle. Two eco modes (set by lifting the brew lever while the machine is off) will turn off the service boiler after 60 minutes of non-use or both boilers after 120 minutes.

The Coffeeionado Take

Who's It For:

  • Home users upgrading from a single-boiler or HX machine — The E61 group and dual PIDs give you the temperature stability that heat exchangers promise but rarely deliver
  • Daily home espresso drinkers pulling 4–10 drinks — Simultaneous brew and steam with a 20–30 minute warm-up fits a dedicated morning routine
  • Enthusiasts who want E61 heritage without the premium price — The QM67 gives you the legendary grouphead and dual boilers at a competitive price point

It's Right For You If:

  • You are pulling 4–10 shots daily and want E61 temperature stability without paying for features you will not use.
  • You are working with 110-120V power and want a reservoir-only setup — no plumbing required.
  • You have 20–30 minutes of warm-up time built into your morning routine (or you will use a smart plug).

Things to Consider:

  • The vibration pump is quieter than a rotary but means no plumb-in option — you are committed to reservoir duty.
  • E61 groups need 20–30 minutes to fully stabilize — budget for a smart plug timer if morning speed matters.
  • No pressure profiling or flow control — if you want to actively shape extraction curves, you will need to look at a machine with those features or add an aftermarket kit.

Our Take:

The QM67 Evo is Quick Mill is proven E61 dual boiler — it gives you the legendary grouphead temperature stability and simultaneous brew and steam at a price that leaves room in the budget for a great grinder. If you are stepping up from a heat exchanger and want the thermal consistency of independent boilers without the complexity of profiling, this is a platform you will not outgrow.

The Quick Mill QM67 is an aesthetically pleasing prosumer dual boiler espresso machine that continually produces great espresso. Quick Mill espresso machines are known for their durability and usability. This machine looks amazing and comes with all the features you would want in a prosumer machine.

Quiet Operations

The machine comes with a powerful Ulka vibratory pump.  and dual boiler design; which, allows you to simultaneously steam and pull shots. Quick Mill strategically placed the pump vertically with the motor on top to prevent any motor issues.

Well Designed

This new espresso machine features a nearly all stainless steel casing and is pleasing on the eyes. It is a great espresso machine for someone who loves to make lattes or milk-based drinks. Its separate steam wand and hot water dispenser are insulated to prevent burns. On the front you will find the manometer which allows you to see the pump pressure and boiler pressure all at once.

304 AB Stainless Steel Construction

An espresso machine crafted from stainless steel, particularly AISI 304 or 304 AB, is renowned for its impressive durability and resistance to rust, wear, and staining. This exceptional material is renowned for its outstanding durability and remarkable resistance to corrosion, wear, and stains, making it the perfect addition to any coffee shop or home kitchen. With its impressive strength and longevity, you can trust that this espresso machine is built to handle the rigors of daily use without compromising performance.

E61 Group Head

The E61 group head is renowned for its exceptional temperature stability, and this is further enhanced by the multipole pounds of quality brass used in its construction. This substantial amount of brass ensures that heat is evenly distributed throughout the group head, resulting in precise and consistent brewing temperatures.

PID Controlled

The Quick Mill QM67 Evo espresso machine comes equipped with a PID controlled temperature device. This means that you can program your heat to a specific temperature when brewing and give greater temperature stability.

Double Boiler

Inside the new espresso machine is a T.E.A. coated stainless steel boilers. A dual boiler espresso machine is engineered with two distinct boilers: one for brewing espresso at the perfect temperature and another for generating steam to froth milk. Unlike single boiler machines that share one boiler for both tasks, dual boilers enable simultaneous brewing and steaming, ensuring consistent temperature and pressure for superior quality espresso beverages.

Stainless Steel Boilers

Stainless steel boilers in espresso machines offer exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. They are designed to withstand daily use without losing efficiency, even in high humidity or water-exposed environments. Despite having lower thermal conductivity than copper, stainless steel boilers require less material for construction. Additionally, they are compatible with descaling chemicals, making maintenance hassle-free for optimal performance.

Dual Manometers

You'll find dual manometers on espresso machines for monitoring brew and steam pressure. The brew pressure gauge checks the resistance from the coffee grounds in the filter basket when the pump is running to ensure optimal extraction. Meanwhile, the steam pressure gauge on heat exchange or dual boiler machines shows the boiler's steam pressure for safety, usually rated at 2.0 bar for structural integrity.

Anti-Burn Steam Wands

With these revolutionary features, you can froth and steam milk without any concerns about getting burned. The cool touch technology ensures that the wand remains at a safe temperature, allowing you to focus on creating the perfect espresso drinks without any worries. Say goodbye to accidental burns and hello to a more enjoyable coffee-making process with our state-of-the-art espresso machine.

LED Lights

Experience effortless brewing with this Quick Mill espresso machine! Say goodbye to the hassle of shadows and hello to precision. Thanks to the innovative LED barista lights, you’ll have a clear view of every step in the process, ensuring you never have to work in dim light again.

Water Quality & Machine Protection

Proper water quality is essential for optimal espresso extraction and long-term machine health. Use the guidelines below to ensure your machine performs at its best.

Parameter Ideal Range Why It Matters
Total Hardness 50-170 ppm Prevents scale buildup while maintaining flavor
pH Level 6.5-7.5 Ensures balanced extraction and protects internal components
Chlorine 0 ppm Eliminates off-flavors and prevents corrosion
TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) 70-150 ppm Optimal mineral content for extraction and taste
Total Alkalinity ~7.0 Stabilizes acidity and extraction
Chloride 0-28 ppm Prevents corrosion (especially in steel boilers)

Important Note

Always refer to your machine's manual for specific water quality recommendations and maintenance schedules.

Advisory

Install a water filtration system to maintain consistent water quality and extend the life of your espresso machine.

What This Means

  • Water that’s too hard → scale buildup, reduced performance
  • Water that’s too soft → flat, dull espresso
  • Improper water can damage internal components over time

Machine-Specific Considerations

  • These guidelines are safe for most home espresso machines
  • Some machines (especially with stainless steel boilers) require stricter limits on chlorides

Product FAQ

Does the Quick Mill QM67 Evo have a rotary pump or a vibration pump?

The Quick Mill QM67 Evo uses a vibration pump, not a rotary pump. This helps keep the cost and size of the machine down while still delivering consistent brew pressure.

Does the QM67 Evo support direct plumbing or is it reservoir-only?

The QM67 Evo is a reservoir-only machine. It does not have a direct-plumb option and must be filled via its onboard water tank.

Does the Quick Mill QM67 Evo offer pre-infusion, and is it adjustable?

Yes. As an E61-group machine, the QM67 Evo provides mechanical pre-infusion by design. The pre-infusion is not electronically programmable, but you can influence it manually with the lever for softer or longer pre-wetting of the puck.

Are the steam and hot water wands on the QM67 Evo cool-touch (no-burn)?

Yes. The QM67 Evo is equipped with no-burn (insulated) steam and hot water wands. The metal tips will still get hot, but the wand bodies stay significantly cooler to the touch than traditional wands.

What type and size of boilers does the Quick Mill QM67 Evo have?

The QM67 Evo is a dual-boiler machine. It typically features a dedicated brew boiler of about 0.75 liters and a steam boiler around 1.4 liters (exact volumes can vary slightly by production run), allowing you to brew and steam simultaneously with stable temperatures.

Does the QM67 Evo include a PID temperature controller for both boilers?

Yes. The Quick Mill QM67 Evo comes with PID control that allows you to set and monitor brew and steam boiler temperatures independently for better temperature stability and shot consistency.

What is the power requirement for the Quick Mill QM67 Evo in the US?

The QM67 Evo is designed for standard US household power. It runs on 110–120V AC and typically draws up to 15 amps, so it can be used on a standard 15-amp kitchen circuit without special wiring.

How long does the QM67 Evo take to heat up and be ready for brewing and steaming?

From a cold start, the QM67 Evo generally takes about 20–30 minutes to fully heat-soak the E61 group and both boilers for optimal performance. You can technically pull a shot sooner, but full temperature stability is reached after this warm-up period.

How does free installation work?

We want to make your purchase as smooth as possible and will pay the installation via rebate on commercial espresso machines. This includes commercial machines with more than 1 group head and 220V.

If the certified installer needed is over 1.5 hours away then we will pay for the installation call (and install up to the value suggested on page minus call fee). Travel will be paid by customer. Inquire if you have any questions about your location.

Please note, any discounts subject to void the paid installation offer.

At Coffeeionado, professional installation is included with qualifying espresso machine purchases. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible — from coordinating the technician to getting your machine up and running on day one.

Which Machines Qualify

Free professional installation is included with all espresso machines of 2 groups or more where indicated on the product listing. This policy applies to espresso machines only and does not cover other coffee equipment such as grinders, brewers, or accessories.

If you are unsure whether your machine qualifies, contact us before purchasing and we'll confirm.

What's Included

  • Travel and labor costs for installation within the technician's service area (up to 2 hours of travel)
  • Setup, basic programming, and commissioning of the equipment
  • Scheduling during regular business hours, Monday through Friday
  • Associated taxes and fees related to the installation itself

Installation must be completed within 30 days of delivery of the equipment. The installation benefit lapses after this window and cannot be reinstated.

How Installation Is Arranged

Depending on your purchase, installation is handled one of two ways:

Arranged directly — In many cases, Coffeeionado or the manufacturer will coordinate and pay the technician on your behalf. We will contact you after your order is processed to schedule the visit.

Reimbursement — In some cases, you may be asked to arrange the installation locally using an authorized technician and submit a rebate form for reimbursement. Once approved, the covered amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for your order.

We will confirm which arrangement applies to your purchase at the time of order confirmation. If you have questions before purchasing, contact us and we'll walk you through it.

What's Not Included

The following are outside the scope of the installation policy and remain the customer's responsibility:

  • Travel or callout costs beyond the first 2 hours of the technician's travel time — if your location falls outside the local service area, the overage is your responsibility
  • Water filtration systems and installation materials — including plumbing fittings, tubing, plugs, outlets, and any other ancillary components required to prepare the site
  • Electrical or plumbing work — site preparation must be completed before the technician arrives
  • Training on equipment operation — installation covers commissioning only, not barista or operational training
  • False start or callout fees if the technician arrives and the site is not ready for installation

Important: If a technician arrives and cannot complete the installation because the site is unprepared, you will be responsible for any callout or false start fee charged by the technician. However, your installation benefit remains intact — the visit will be rescheduled at no additional cost to your policy.

Water Filtration Requirement

Water filtration must be installed and operational before or at the time of installation. This is not optional — operating a commercial espresso machine without proper filtration will void the manufacturer's warranty. If filtration is not in place at the time of the technician's visit, installation may need to be rescheduled and the callout fee will be your responsibility.

If you need guidance on water filtration requirements for your machine, contact us before scheduling your installation.

Service Area

Installation coverage is tied to the manufacturer's authorized technician service area, generally within a 1.5-hour radius of the nearest certified technician. If your location falls outside this area, Coffeeionado will make reasonable efforts to arrange a local authorized technician, but travel costs beyond the 2-hour coverage limit remain your responsibility.

Not sure if you're in a service area? Contact us before purchasing and we'll check your location.

After Installation

Once your machine is installed, we'll provide referrals for authorized service technicians in your area for ongoing maintenance and repairs. Coffeeionado offers lifetime support on all equipment we sell — we're here long after the install is done.

Governing Terms

This installation policy forms part of your agreement with Coffeeionado and is subject to our Terms of Sale and Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service governs.

Can I pick up the machine at your store?

We do not have a showroom or storefront for customer pickups, so orders cannot be picked up directly from us. That said, there is an exception for La Spaziale and La Pavoni products, you can contact us to arrange.

However, if you'd prefer, we can arrange to have your machine shipped to a local freight terminal/location for pickup instead. Let us know your city/state (or ZIP code), and we’d be happy to check the nearest terminal options for you.
