Rocket Espresso Boxer 1 Group Commercial Espresso Machine
Coffee carts, startup cafés, food trucks, pop-ups — spaces where performance can't be compromised but square footage and electrical infrastructure are real constraints. The Rocket Boxer 1 Group is built for exactly those conditions.
A fully commercial NSF-certified heat exchanger espresso machine with an 8.3-liter boiler, internal rotary pump, twin insulated steam wands, and four-button volumetric dosing — in a stainless steel body sized at 19" wide and running on 115V at 20 amps. No 220V circuit, no freight-only footprint, no compromises on extraction quality. At 35–50 drinks per hour (80–150 per day) in a 19" frame, it punches well above its size. NSF certified for US commercial food service.
Volumetric Controls
At the touch of a button you can extract your programmed shot and even your pre-infusion, if selected. Let your baristas concentrate on other tasks while the Boxer automatically pulls your shots.
8.3-Liter Heat Exchanger Boiler — Simultaneous Brewing and Steaming
The Boxer's 8.3-liter boiler is the foundation of everything the machine does well. For a single-group machine, 8.3 liters is a substantial thermal reservoir — it's more boiler than most multi-group commercial machines carry per group. That mass means consistent steam pressure and recovery even during sustained service, no waiting between milk drinks, and no thermal compromise when you're pulling shots and steaming simultaneously.
The heat exchanger architecture keeps brew water and service water on separate circuits. Brew water passes through an exchanger coil inside the boiler — thermally calibrated without ever being stored in the main boiler water. Fresh water reaches the group at the right temperature every time, while the steam and hot water circuit operates independently at full pressure. For a heat exchanger espresso machine running a real commercial service, that separation is the right architecture.
Rotary Vane Pump
The Boxer runs an internal rotary vane pump — not the vibratory pumps found on entry-level commercial machines. Rotary pumps are quieter in operation, maintain consistent pressure under varying line conditions, and are built for the kind of continuous daily load that wears out vibratory pumps over time. The rotary pump is also what makes true direct-plumb installation possible: no pressure fluctuations, no need for a separate pump controller. Once plumbed, it runs.
Twin Insulated Steam Wands
The Boxer has two fully articulating steam wands, each with a 4-hole tip and insulated cool-touch exterior. On a single-group machine, twin wands mean you can steam two milk drinks simultaneously — doubling your throughput on milk-forward orders without adding a second machine. During a morning rush where half the queue is lattes and cappuccinos, this matters more than any other feature on the spec sheet. The insulated exterior stays cool to the touch even at full steam temperature, so there's no hesitation or burn risk reaching for the wand mid-service.
Volumetric Dosing — 4 Programmable Buttons
The Boxer is fully volumetric with four programmable shot buttons above the group head. Set your single, double, lungo, and a custom fourth once during setup — the machine reproduces them automatically with every pull. In a commercial environment where multiple baristas are working different shifts, that built-in reproducibility removes the most common source of shot variance: individual technique. Paired with the integrated shot timer above the group, the Boxer gives every barista the feedback they need to maintain consistency through a full service day without relying on external tools or manual feel.
Commercial Build, Compact Footprint
At 19" wide and 19.5" deep, the Boxer fits on a coffee cart counter, a food truck service window, or a café bar where every inch of surface is spoken for. The 18.5" height clears most overhead shelving and standard cart canopies. The stainless steel body is built to commercial kitchen standards — resistant to the daily sanitizing cycles and physical wear of a real service environment. The drip tray is stainless steel with a direct drain connection, and the cup warming tray on top handles standard commercial cups. Extra tall legs (4") are included in the box for setups where additional clearance is needed beneath the group head.
NSF Certified for US Commercial Food Service
The Rocket Boxer carries NSF food equipment sanitation certification — the standard required for commercial kitchen and licensed food service use in the United States. It installs clean, passes health inspection, and meets the requirements of mobile food operations, brick-and-mortar cafés, and catering permits without workarounds. For operators running a permitted coffee cart or a licensed café, NSF certification isn't a nice-to-have; it's the difference between opening day and a failed inspection. The Boxer covers it.
