One of the most sophisticated espresso machines available on the market, the S1 Dream T by La Spaziale was produced to make pulling shots as easy and controllable as possible.
The La Spaziale S1 Dream T comes as a dual boiler system (standard nickel plated, brass & copper boilers) and is solidly built from steel. The Dream T features a large 2.4 liter reservoir, two 53 mm portafilters, stainless steel front and rear panels and a glass touch screen. It can be used at standard household 15 amps or 20 amps.
The main draw of the Dream T is the glass touch screen which allows you to access multiple features from timers to programs (calendar, user profiles, counters, etc.). This machine can even monitor the extraction and can advise you if you need to adjust your grind.
Made to be ready when you need it, the Dream T comes with an integral programmable 7-day timer. It will always be warm and ready to use when needed. Overall it is super easy to use with its programmable volumetric shot and temperature controls. Because it is a double boiler espresso machine, this machine is a wonderful tool for both traditional espresso and milk based drinks and it is a quiet worker

This product acts similar to the way the pre-infusion does on an E61 group machine, allowing for water to enter the grounds before the pressure of the machine kicks on. By doing so the coffee inside the portafilter swells and gives a more well rounded, smooth tasting shot of espresso. It helps aid in forgiveness if your tamp or your grind is slightly off.
